This eco villa is in a rural setting amongst pomegranate, orange and olive groves, an easy, twenty minute drive from Alicante airport and only 10 minutes from the beach by car
The villa has a lovely rustic feel and yet has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard of comfort offering you all that you need for a really wonderful holiday. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one is ensuite), a large kitchen, dining room, lounge and utility room.
There is a 42" inch Smart 3D TV connected by satellite to provide BBC, Channel 4 and ITV HD as well as hundreds of other channels, a Samsung 3D Blu Ray player with a ton of DVD's, broadband connection to the internet and an iPod player and loads of CD's for your listening pleasure.
The villa is built on two levels - downstairs has just been completely redecorated and is completely open plan with airy, cool places to escape the noon-day sun and a lovely large lounge with bar and wood burning stove (for winter visitors)
Upstairs, there are two double and two twin air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms including a gorgeous ensuite master bedroom with french doors opening onto the large balcony overlooking our large garden and from which you can see the surrounding countryside and mountains and get a peak at the sea.
The large, secluded, 10 metre pool has a tiled surround, providing adequate space for sunbathing, lunching or sitting in the shade with a cool drink at the end of a fabulous day..
The huge garden is stunning this year with a grassed area, many palm trees, two barbecue areas and plenty of places to relax, hide away, read a book, commune with nature or socialize with your friends and family. And don't forget lunch in the pergola, specially placed to offer table and chairs in a shady, cool spot.
The villa is just as perfect for a couple as it is for a family. With garden walks, a large pool, a boule court, plenty of space for just being quiet and many different spaces for al fresco dining - it will surprise and entrance you from the moment that you arrive.
It is perfectly possible to spend weeks in the villa and not feel bored - sunbathing by the large, private pool, relaxing in the shade under the palm trees in the garden, or, as the sun sets, walking the gravel paths through the orange, lemon and pomegranate groves that surround the villa. And yet it is just fifteen minutes from some wonderful sandy beaches with perfectly safe swimming and great beach cafes.
